Each institution that uses Pathology Report controls its own data. Logic Inventor Technologies provides the software and processes this data on the institution's behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Data this product handles

Patient registration details: name, age, gender and contact number
Test details, test results and report history (health information)
Billing and payment records, and lab staff / doctor accounts

Test results are health information. The laboratory decides what is entered and shared, is responsible for the accuracy of its reports and for obtaining patient consent; Logic Inventor Technologies provides the software and processes the data on the laboratory's behalf. The software does not diagnose or give medical advice.

WhatsApp messaging

Reports and "report ready" notifications can be shared with patients and doctors over WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are sent by or on behalf of the laboratory, and only to patients who have agreed to receive reports on WhatsApp. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
